This is by far the worlds largest online room. There have been a series of upgrades over the last few years to cope with the volume of players that they regularly have playing on site. This volume has surpassed 100,000 at times. The lobby has most of the statistical information that you need although view flop percentages are not available. Fish Factor
The site has some very loose games which is hardly surprising considering the volume of players that play on the site. Unfortunately the games that have these players in them are somewhat protected as view flop percentages are not shown. Historically you would generally need to look in the lower limit games to find soft opponents. Not so here as the site has such a vast amount of players. You will very often find very loose games in the middle limit stakes (up to $5-$10).

Support response times are always nearly instant with all our live support trials being responded to in under 45 seconds.
