Poker is not personal ... Its that simple ... Stay focussed on your game play and learn how others play, watch how they bet, see their cards every chance you get ... Frustration, anger, revenge are all ways to weaken your focus and can cause you to loose large amounts.
I presonally don't get myself pot committed early on until I get to know the table. Build your stack slowly and learn from your mistakes. Don't fret over loosing .. Its not worth the mental anguish and loss of focus.
There is a saying I like ... Its better to fold a winning hand and loose some chips then to call with what you thought was a winning hand and loose everything.
Learn when to be aggresive and when to keep yourself from getting pot committed and it will work itself out eventually.
Also, don't always be quick to act on betting, calling or raising. Sometimes its best to let your opponents have time to think before you act ... Generally people are pesamistic and will think you have the better hand if you take your time.
