how do you play tournament?

no, agressive is bad strat on the beginning cos many players like all-in or many raises. better play only top hands on the beginnig of tourney

It would really all depend on the tournament. I imagine if you're playing a low buy in cash game, the skill level is somewhat less. So you're bound to have more ridiculous players. If the tournament is a non turbo, you should just sit back for the first level or two of blinds and study your opponents play style. Only really play unless you have a hand. Of course you could also be more loose here since playing less than optimal hands won't cost you all that much anyway.
There is no real point in trying to steal anything when the blinds are low.
So you could either play, tight and aggressive or loose and aggressive... but know when to give up if you're playing laggy.

never play loose when there are people with a lot more chips than you.
