My Royal Flush bonus
On one of the online poker sites I played on in the past, they had a promotion in which whoever got a Royal Flush got a 100x the big blind bonus. Well sure enough, one night I was playing the $1-$2 limit table and hit the royal. That was great but at the time I wasn't aware of this Royal promotion. I finish the game, go to my account page and realize that I have an extra $200. I'm thinking that the site screwed up and I somehow ended up with an extra $200. Me being the super intelligent being that I am, think, I might as well try some higher limit games with this money before the site figures out what happened. Well I go on to lose about half of it when I receive this e-mail congratulating me on my Royal Flush bonus winnings. At that point I feel like getting my wife to kick me in the jewels.  |
