You have to be the last raiser with AA or KK. Even if you push someone all in and they have 10 10 the odds are in your favor. Over time, this will work.

You must remeber that its only a pair, once the community cards are out things can change for the better or worse...I always play em hard tho

I've learned to slow down with them as well. It's a crap shoot preflop.
But if I can get to the flop cheaply, I have a better idea of what I'm up against.
Nothing like AA on a 7-8-9 flop......or or course the Q-J-10 flop that will kill you also.
