Poker as a profession!

Surely being a pro means having poke ras you're only source of income, not just anyone who wins. I personally don't see the appeal in being a pro. These days 'amatuers' can still win big money at WSOP and other big tournaments. And with poker getting bigger and bigger and more games emerging everywhere its so easy to earn a bit of extra cash playing a few times a week, and still winning quite big bankrolls.
Personally I don't want to turn pro, even though I want to be the best player I can be.
