Hello all,

There has been alot of discussions about Live games, so we have added these forums, and will begin moving alot of posts into this section of the forums.

I prefer live games because I cannot read people on line. Plus the constant re-balancing of tables makes it tough to get to know an opponent.

live games are much more pleasant to play. much more tells and reading other players

They both have their uses, there are a lot of amateurs online and it's often easy to pick up some quick cash from the inexperienced players. As noted earlier it really is difficult sometimes to read certain players while staring at your computer screen. Live games are for players with great reads on people, and more expienced players. But hey, you have to start somewhere so don't be afraid to dive into the live games and tourneys.

I make much more cash in a live game. After siting on a table for an hour, i start easily reading people, while in the internet, its pretty hard for me. Although i think there is much more money in the internet, so i play Internet and Live 50:50

I've found that in real life games...acting quickly will thwart most novices. If they're slow...they lose
